Our Team
The Baldwin Hardwoods team is led by owner Ryan Baldwin who oversees furniture production and lumberyard operations. Cara Baldwin oversees marketing, communication and HR. Collen Shein (not pictured) manages our office. Lydia Potter (not pictured) is our summer marketing intern. Joel Peggram handles sales and custom furniture projects. Our shop team includes Jeremy Guiry and Andrew Curtis. Hank Millard lends a hand out at the lumber yard with production.
